Help find the right Employer

Hi, I'm posting this job description on its own blog,
because it doesn't fit any position I've ever seen posted anywhere.
It may not have been created yet, so that's what I hope to do!

If I can find the Right Employer willing to hire me to do the work in reforms,
posted below, I am happy to work on fundraising to make this happen.

Can you please send this link to anyone in any company or office
that is willing to fund an internship or mentorship in this line of work?

If you are also looking for a job like this, would you please
work with me? By finding the right Employers, we can create
sustainable jobs for everyone who wants paid work in govt reform.

I can no longer afford to work for free as a volunteer creating my own position,
because I already have been working two jobs, and one just ended and needs to be replaced.

NOTE: The reason I require two jobs, to pay for my costs on my credit,
is that I overextended my credit cards to finance loans to bailout several nonprofit
volunteers, who were also working for free to save their communities and programs
from govt abuses that nearly destroyed these. All at taxpayers' expense.

The letter I wrote on Freedmen's Town explaining these costs of legal abuse (posted
under Comments to this blog) was originally addressed to Ted Cruz and sent to Houston
City Council. I have not been able to follow up with his office, or with Congresswoman
Sheila Jackson Lee on the original Campus Plans she signed (www.campusplan.org)
since my first job ended, and I've worked temp jobs to replace it while keeping
my second job in order to keep going.

I am still working to develop and promote the same reforms I have been calling for,
while paying for the costs using my own credit which is maxed out.
One job does not cover the costs, so I have been working 2 from 2008 to 2016.

I am looking for a Third Job that will solve the problems of govt abuses by politics,
so I can enjoy the fruits of my labor, and pay back all loans, instead of feeling
enslaved to political abuse that nobody can afford!

Please send this link to other potential Employers or leads with fundraising.
If you don't think you can help me, please support saving Pacifica Radio
(see www.kpft.org and www.10million.net) where I believe community radio
deserves to receive equal matching funds, instead of only donating to political
campaigns that make millions for commercial media selling air time for profit.

Thank you for your help to find the right leads or Employer willing to hire me to
do the job right. Whether it's by setting up democratized representation by party,
or raising funds to save public radio and organizing reforms ourselves that way.

Please ask all the Candidates and Officials you are voting for.
If they would hire me to implement reforms through Electoral Districts
and Party Precincts. And if you are donating to any campaigns,
please set aside 1-10% to save Pacifica Radio at the same time.

Yours truly,
Emily Nghiem

I am interested in setting up a pilot model for Proportional Representation by Party,
organized by Party Precinct and Electoral College District. I am especially interested
in Districts that show healthy diversity and activity, that would serve as an ideal model.
(see www.campusplan.org for setting up democratic representation in Precinct 30
Freedmen's Town, through public housing based on Rice University's college model)

I would like to set up a program for paid Internships for anyone seeking reforms, from
prison policies to sustainable health care, and Mentorships with Constitutionalists
who respect reforms within Constitutional bounds of limited govt, including business
and veteran leaders, to work with all Parties in each District
to set up a model for the state and nation.

Please respond if you or another leader you know is interested in investing in a
unifying campaign, with other Constitutionalists -- from Senator Ted Cruz to local
leaders among the Constitution Party, Tea Party, Libertarians and Greens -- to invite
ALL other District candidates and party leaders:
* to set up local councils, with electors from each party,
* to collaborate on resolving policy issues, conflicts and grievances,
* in order to stop politically bullying by exclusion and coercion,
* and enforce equal protection and inclusion of people of all parties and creed.

Please see my post below I have posted on Facebook.

I would love to work with you, Cruz, and all Candidates on such a public campaign,
and ask all party leaders and their candidates to unite in creating
a better way to represent and serve the public without discrimination
by political beliefs and creeds.

With all the money spent on campaigns, running for the same offices, why can't we raise
money to create enough jobs for EVERYONE to do this work?

I am a Constitutionalist and a Democrat.
I am distressed by the abuses of my own party leaders
to violate Constitutional beliefs, principles and ethics.

So I ask your help to correct this destructive situation
caused by not respecting political beliefs as we would
treat other religious organizations kept separate from govt.

Thank you for your service and outreach in public
education to enforce Constitutional ethics and principles.

I hope to work with you and other leaders across
Texas to set a better example for the rest of the Nation.

Yours truly,
Emily Nghiem

========================================

I believe that people of all views beliefs cultures and parties should be able to govern themselves by their own policies without fear of being overruled by people of other beliefs. Party platforms should be treated as political beliefs and religions, and separated from each other and from govt like any other religious organization and identity.

The worst problem with liberal politics is the belief in using Govt "as the only way" to impose and establish ones identity and beliefs that don't respect the equal beliefs of others, including beliefs in marriage or health as a right where other people believe in keeping this a personal free choice outside govt policy. We would not live in fear of political infringement if we call a truce between parties, and agree to recognize political beliefs and Creeds as separate from govt process.

Only where we agree on neutral policies that include the consent of all people from all parties should that become public laws. The rest that depends on our own beliefs should be protected and practiced by party or by state and not rely on federal govt to impose it on others unless we all agree to that level. www.ethics-commission.net

Before voting, I would like to ask all Candidates for office to support Constitutional solutions and inclusion for all parties to either agree on public policy or separate funding, taxes and terms of programs (1) by State by Electoral District or (2) per party by precinct to protect equal rights and free exercise of everyone's diverse Creeds and beliefs, whether religious secular or political.

If you believe such a plan could work to stop political bullying and abuse of media and govt, please ask all Candidates and Party leaders to form teams, and start investing resources including from political campaigns into building locally based representation and programs directly.

Thank you!

I'd like my vote to be based on the response from Candidates across the state and country.

FROM: Emily Nghiem, National Freedmen’s Town District, LLC, Fund for microloans toward restitution

To the Office of Senator Ted Cruz:

Thank you for taking the time to meet in the National Historic District of Freedmen’s Town, regarding the political history and future of this district, and the cost-effective solutions developed by the local residents and business leaders here which can impact the entire nation and economy.

Given the long record of destruction of the national history in Freedmen’s Town, largely by abuse of public authority and resources, this historic church community is asking for teamwork among government and citizens nationwide to support business plans to generate sustainable jobs and revenue, for education and training in restoration as restitution to taxpayers for past damages.

Community leaders of local programs serving the residents, as listed above, have suffered and witnessed an ongoing pattern of unlawful exclusion from equal representation, due process and protection of interests by political bullying and collusion, where the acts of malfeasance border on racketeering between corporate interests and government and party leaders under their influence.

Some of these wrongs, which cost the loss of national history at taxpayer expense, include:

    A. The misappropriation of $3.4 million given to a defunct nonprofit, found to have a conflict of interest with the City Mayor, that destroyed historic houses instead of providing affordable homes; where refunding half this amount to taxpayers would save the last historic block of housing for VALID nonprofits to preserve for Vet Housing and training in financial independence.

    B. The contested sale and demolition of the historic County Hospital, where the land was first sold to a private developer, at a loss to taxpayers, and later flipped to the Federal Reserve at a profit. An estimated $8-10 million profit was made by a private developer, demolishing a historic building by bypassing federal restrictions on government, while there are “no funds” to pay for parks and land the community groups asked to save instead of selling to outside developers.

    C. $15 million paid by the Federal Reserve in advance taxes, which the previous Mayor had originally planned to use for historic preservation of a land trust, was spent on infrastructure preparing the sale of land to private developers, that will destroy preservation plans for a community campus, sustainable jobs and revenue for restoring the remaining historic churches.
Congresswomen Sheila Jackson Lee co-signed the attached agreement with HUD and community leader Lenwood Johnson, endorsing the Community Campus plans, passed under HOPE VI legislation to restore the loss of equal democratic representation of residents and tenants in public housing and the surrounding historic district (both nationally registered sites).

  2.
APV public housing, and resident plans to convert to a sustainable campus, represent a historic fight for political equality, which began over 100 years ago when Freedmen’s Town was founded by Emancipated Slaves who built their own churches, businesses and streets before they were citizens.  Later, government authority was abused to seize land by eminent domain to build a segregated public housing using, intended for Military families but used politically to exclude Blacks until the Civil Rights Act was passed that ended segregation.  Though the Campus Plans were passed under federal legislation to restore democratic representation to residents, these efforts were censored again by evicting residents and demolishing most of the buildings, which blocked the plans from being implemented.  After it took 15 more years for the community to recover from those damages, and unite around saving the last historic shotgun rowhouses on Victor Street, the City of Houston started moving the houses off site, destroying the history and community plans for housing Vets while teaching them financial management.

In order to address these Civil Wrongs, which have denied equal Constitutional rights of assembly, petition, due process, representation and protection of interests to law-abiding citizens, the community residents and nonprofit volunteers, once again seek help to enforce and fulfill contractual agreements with government by implementing the Community Campus plans to restore the entire Freedmen’s Town district.   Freedmen’s Town can serve as a national model for investing resources into restitution to taxpayers for corporate abuse of government, by building a campus for sustainable jobs and education under President Obama’s Executive Order for Excellence in African American Education, the White House initiatives for housing and jobs for Veterans, and a possible alternative to ACA by creating programs for funding and managing medical education and services directly instead of going through insurance companies.

For each incident of abuse of government authority and resources to destroy national history, instead of investing in sustainable economic development, and to deny due process and democratic inclusion of community residents and interests in preserving Freedmen’s Town, we ask for restitution to be assessed and re-invested in the various sites and programs that each community group is focused on as part of the campus plan for restoring the historic district.

Where the government may not have capacity to repair damages incurred at taxpayer expense, we invite citizens and investors to exercise the option of lending to government by investing microloans, through a system similar to the Federal Reserve, holding the property and programs developed as collateral against the loans.  Should the government and/or wrongdoers responsible for illicit profits, at the cost of taxpayers and national history, fail to pay back the loans against debts and damages incurred, we ask that community investors who finance the restitution share ownership in the proposed campus plans for Freedmen’s Town to end further political enslavement.  To prevent political division over past wrongdoing and neglect from further destroying national history, we ask Senator Ted Cruz and all parties, including major and third-party, to unite all leaders and candidates in teams to develop and implement sustainable business plans for restoring Freedmen’s Town as a national model, and to finance this project as a campaign to demonstrate leadership skills and proposed solutions for government reforms.
